When can I hire the hall?
Winifred Holtby Academy & Tweendykes School are open for hire 17:00-20:30 Monday to Thursday, 09.00-16.00 on Saturdays and during the summer holidays.
Please be aware our office hours are different to the hours the venue is available to hire. Our offices are open 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday to take enquiries and answer your questions.
Can I book an event or party?
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate events at this venue. Visit the BookingsGuru website to find another venue nearby.
Can I booking during school holidays?
Unfortunately this venue is not available for hire during the day in school holidays and we are closed on Bank Holidays. Visit the BookingsGuru website to find another venue nearby.
Is there parking on site?
There is ample parking available to accommodate up to 150 cars in the community car park.
Can I view the venue before booking?
Yes, you can arrange a viewing of the venue and space you are interested in hiring before you make a booking. Contact Us or fill in the enquiry form below and we will arrange everything for you with the site team.
Will I be asked for documents before booking?

What happens when I arrive on site?
Once you have made a booking at Winifred Holtby Academy & Tweendykes School and you arrive on site, head to the main school reception where a member of our site team will greet you and show you to your booked space.
